BLACK LABEL BORDEAUX AOP Red
熟したカシスの香りで、まろやかなタンニンと長い果実味の余韻が味わえるフランス直輸入のAOP格付けワインらしいです。
It seems to be an AOP rated wine imported directly from France, with the aroma of ripe cassis, mellow tannins and a long fruity aftertaste.
メルローを使ったワインで，とても美味しいです。
The wine is made from Merlot and is very delicious.
今日は，残業していたわけではないのですが，ワイナリーに夜８時過ぎまでいました。
I wasn’t working overtime today, but I stayed at the winery until after 8pm.
その後，ビックリしたのですが，外が真っ暗。街灯が無いんです。足元はもちろん自分の車も見えません。
Afterwards, I was surprised to find that it was pitch black outside. There are no street lights. I can’t see my feet, let alone my car.
こんな山奥に街灯があるわけないんですが，これから醸造が始まると夜遅くに出勤もあり得るので，懐中電灯は必要だと思いました。
There’s no way there’s a streetlight in the mountains like this, but when the brewing starts, I might have to go to work late at night, so I thought I needed a flashlight.
そんなことで，何も作る気が起きず，晩御飯はカップヌードルのカレー味です。
Because of that, I didn’t feel like making anything, and I had curry-flavored cup noodles for dinner.
糠漬けは茄子です。この茄子は，スポンジのように柔らかくてとても美味しいです。
Pickled eggplant is pickled in rice bran. This eggplant is soft like a sponge and very delicious.
ローソンで買った砂肝ニンニクまみれです。
It is chicken gizzard covered with garlic that I bought at Lawson.
今日は一味唐辛子もたっぷりかけて食べました。
Today, I ate it with a lot of chili peppers.
スナックです。

明日は，山の日といって日本の祝日です。ワイナリーも休みなので，料理の仕込みをしようと思います。
Tomorrow is a national holiday in Japan called Mountain Day. The winery is also closed, so I’m going to prepare the food.
