A smooth red wine with strawberry aroma and ripe fruit sweetness.
700円ぐらいのワインですが，とても美味しいです。
It’s about 700 yen wine, but it’s very delicious.
今日はワインの瓶詰をやりました。ワインはシャルドネのオレンジワインとメルローです。シャルドネのオレンジはクリアですっきりした味わいです。メルローはロゼワインのような色合いで，赤ワインとは思えない味わいです。
I bottled wines today. The wines are Chardonnay orange wine and Merlot. Chardonnay orange has a clear and refreshing taste. Merlot has a color like rosé wine, and the taste is not like red wine.
CAFEはオープンしていましたが，食事はできないので8月末の土曜日にも関わらず来客は少ないように思いました。これでしばらくはワインの瓶詰はありません。来週からは畑仕事がメインで収穫もいよいよ始まりそうです。
The CAFE was open, but I thought that there were few customers even though it was a Saturday at the end of August because we still could not serve meals. I won’t be bottling wines for a while. From next week, the field work will be the main work, and the harvest will finally begin.

今日は茄子の糠漬けからスタートです。茄子は果肉の柔らかそうなのを選んで買ってきました。柔らかくて美味しい茄子の糠漬けです。
Today I started with pickled eggplant in rice bran. I chose eggplants with soft flesh and bought them. Soft and delicious eggplant pickled in rice bran.
昼食用のレタスとトマトが余ったのでツナサラダを作りました。
I had some leftover lettuce and tomatoes for lunch, so I made a tuna salad.
今日のミートソースパスタには舞茸，白茄子，アスパラガスが入っています。ガーリックチップ載せました。美味しいです。ワインにもぴったりです。
Today’s meat sauce pasta contains maitake mushrooms, white eggplant, and asparagus. I added garlic chips. It’s delicious. Perfect with this wine.
最後はキムチのピザトーストです。これにもガーリックチップを載せました。
The last is kimchi pizza toast. I also put garlic chips on this.
明日はお休みなので，部屋の整理と今後の計画について考えてみたいと思います。
I have a day off tomorrow, so I’d like to think about my future plans after cleaning up my room.
