スペインのオーガニックワインです。濃厚な果実味とシルキーなタンニンと酸味がよく調和した美味しいワインです。このワインは700円ぐらいで売られていました。家計にやさしいワインです。
Organic wine from Spain. A delicious wine with a rich fruit flavor, silky tannins and acidity that harmonize well. This wine was sold for around 700 yen. This wine is easy on the household budget.
今日は午前中に草刈りを行いました。作業の途中で害獣防除ように飼育されている犬がしきりに吠えているので行ってみると蛇がいました。犬も一応役に立っているようです。蛇は犬に嚙まれたらしく既に瀕死の状態でした。
I mowed the grass this morning. During the work, a dog bred to control vermin was barking a lot, so I went there and found a snake. This dog also seems to be helpful. The snake was apparently bitten by a dog and was already on the verge of death.
午後からは収穫前のブドウの木の手入れです。今日はワイン用のブドウをいろいろと食べてみました。メルロー，カベルネフラン，ピノグリ，シャルドネ。どれも甘味がありましたがワイン用のブドウの実は果皮に歯ごたえがあります。この果皮がワインの旨味に変わるんだろうなぁと考えているとワインが飲みたくなりました。
Today I tried a variety of grapes for wine. Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay. All of them had a sweet taste, but wine grapes have chewy skins. When I thought about how the fruit skin would turn into the delicious flavor of wine, I started wanting to drink wine.
帰りに事務所に行くと収穫したての安芸クイーンとシャインマスカットがあったので食べてみました。こちらは十分美味しいのですが，収穫まであと1週間ぐらい様子を見るそうです。
When I went to the office on the way home, I found freshly harvested Aki Queen and Shine Muscat so I tried them. These are quite delicious, but we will wait until harvest in about a week to see how they go.

今日もナスの糠漬けから始めます。
Today I will start with pickled eggplant in rice bran.
ミートソースにマイタケとアスパラを加えたパスタです。
Pasta with maitake mushrooms and asparagus added to meat sauce.
最後はキムチのピザトーストです。
Last dish is kimchi pizza toast.
明日で8月も終わりです。9月から生活スタイルが変わるかもしれません。
Tomorrow is the end of August. My lifestyle may change from September.
