YT CUVÉE PRIVÉE 2022
岡山県のdomaine tettaというワイナリーのワインです。YTというイニシャルの人が作ったワインです。詳しくはネットで調べてください。同じヴィンテージで同名の発泡ワインがありますが，これはリースリング86％，ソーヴィニオン・ブラン14％で作ったスティルワインです。クリアなレモンイエローの色彩に柑橘系の果実味が味わえる美味しいワインです。
This is wine from a winery called Domaine Tetta in Okayama Prefecture. This wine was made by a person whose initials are YT. Please check online for details. There is a sparkling wine of the same name from the same vintage, but this is a still wine made with 86% Riesling and 14% Sauvignon Blanc. A delicious wine with a clear lemon yellow color and citrus fruit flavors.
今日はシュナン・ブランの収穫後，シャルドネの除葉をしました。畑を転々と移動する日だったので，その都度，犬達を連れて徒歩で移動です。途中で犬達はトカゲを見つけては止まり，バッタを見つけては止まり，移動もなかなか大変です。
Today, after harvesting the Chenin Blanc, I removed the leaves from the Chardonnay. During today’s work, we moved from field to field, and each time I moved from field to field on foot, accompanied by the dogs. Along the way, the dogs find a lizard and stop, and a grasshopper and stop, making it difficult to move the dogs.
休日が近くなり，筋肉痛なのか全身がだるい気がします。ワインと食事でだるさを解消したいと思います。
