今日は，ワイナリーでシャインマスカットにリースリングとシュナン・ブランをミックスして搾汁しました。シャインマスカットは粒が大きいので足で破砕してからバルーンプレスに投入します。
Today, at the winery, I mixed Shine Muscat with Riesling and Chenin Blanc and squeezed it. Shine Muscat has large grains, so I crush it with my feet before putting it into the balloon press.
殺菌消毒した専用長靴でひたすら潰します。この日は万歩計が26,400になりました。
I crushed the Shine Muscat with special sterilized boots. On this day, my pedometer read 26,400.
