MARQUÉS de CARO 2015
スペインのワインです。カベルネ・ソーヴィニョンとテンプラニーリョを使っているみたいです。複雑な味わいにタンニンのなめらかさがありほんのり酸味があって美味しいワインです。
This is Spanish wine. It looks like they use Cabernet Sauvignon and Tempranillo. This is a delicious wine with a complex flavor, smooth tannins, and a slight acidity.
今日もソーヴィニヨン・ブランの収穫でした。晴れたり雨が降ったり天候の変動は目まぐるしいです。畑の近所でサルを目撃しましたが，害獣の防除で飼われている犬達はのんきに畑で寝ています。
Today I also harvested Sauvignon Blanc. The weather changes rapidly, from sunny to rainy. I saw a monkey near the field, but the dogs kept to control pests were sleeping peacefully in the field.
今日も一日疲れましたが，日の入りが早くなったので退社時間が18時から17時半に30分繰り上げられました。早く帰ってワインを飲みましょう。
I was tired all day today, but because the sun was setting earlier, my leaving time was moved up 30 minutes from 6:00 pm to 5:30 pm. Let’s go home early and have some wine.
キュウリの糠漬け食べながら蕎麦を茹でています。
I’m boiling soba noodles while eating pickled cucumbers.
蕎麦ができました。
The soba noodles are ready.
週末ではありませんが，ツナサラダです。
Although it’s not the weekend, I eat tuna salad.
ベーコン，ナス，エリンギ，長ネギを炒めてみました。
I tried frying bacon, eggplant, king king mushrooms, and green onions.
ローソンで買った冷凍焼鳥を温めました。
I warmed up the frozen yakitori I bought at Lawson.
キムチのピザトーストです。
Kimchi pizza toast.
デザートのアイスクリームです。
It’s ice cream dessert.
明日は収穫の続きですが，夕方にはワイナリーの仲間と飲み会もあります。
Harvest will continue tomorrow, but in the evening I will also have a drinking party with friends from the winery.
