ワイナリーでの作業が続いていますが、１時間だけ収穫作業もできました。とても暖かく11月とは思えないぐらいです。シャルドネの収穫がまだまだ続きます。明日、約2トンのシャルドネをプレスして搾汁する作業を行います。これが終わればしばらくワイナリーでの作業は無いはずなので、収穫作業に合流できます。
I am still working at the winery, but I was also able to work on harvesting for just one hour. The field is so warm it’s hard to believe it’s November. Our Chardonnay harvest continues. Tomorrow I will be working on pressing and extracting about 2 tons of Chardonnay. Once this work is finished, there will be no work at the winery for a while, so I can join in the Chardonnay harvesting work.
