CATHERINE MARSHALL CHENIN BLANC 2021
南アフリカ共和国の冷涼なエルギン地区のシュナンブランを使用した辛口の白ワインです。爽やかな果実味と酸味のバランスが良く美味しい白ワインです。アルコール度数は14％とやや高めです。
A dry white wine made from Chenin Blanc grown in the cool Elgin region of South Africa. A delicious white wine with a good balance of refreshing fruit and acidity. The alcohol content is a little high at 14%.
今日は、ワンコの朝食と犬小屋の掃除をした後、シャルドネの収穫をしました。朝方は寒くて手がかじかみますが、防寒対策によって何とかこの冬は耐えられそうです。
Today, after making breakfast for the dogs and cleaning their kennels, I harvested some Chardonnay. It’s cold in the morning and my hands feel stiff, but with the measures I take to protect myself from the cold, I feel like I can survive this winter.
明日からも収穫だと思いますが、あと１か月半で収穫も終わるはずです。ワインを飲んで元気をつけましょう！
We will continue harvesting tomorrow, but it should be finished in another month and a half. Let’s drink wine and cheer up!

今日は「どん兵衛 きつねうどん」を食べます。ネギをたっぷり入れて野菜を摂取します。
Today I will be eating “Donbei Kitsune Udon”. I add lots of green onions to this to get my vegetable intake.

ニラをたくさん入れた麻婆豆腐です。ここでも野菜摂取です。

チーズおかきです。食べ物が無くなりました。

そろそろ雪の季節です。スタッドレスタイヤを買うべきか迷っていますが、とりあえずチェーンを持っているので、何とか凌ごうと思います。
It’s almost snow season. I’m not sure if I should buy studless tires, but I have chains anyway, so I’ll try to outdo them somehow.
