Cono Sur Organic Wine Malbec 2018
チリのワインと言えばマルベックだよねぇって思っていたのですが、コノスル・オーガニックのマルベックを発見しました。安いくせに激ウマです。ボトルの肩の部分に「Japan Women’s Wine Awards 2023 Gold」という丸いシールが貼られています。納得です。
When I thought of Chilean wine, I thought it was Malbec, but I discovered Cono Sur Organic’s Malbec today. Even though it’s cheap, it’s super delicious. There is a round sticker on the shoulder of the bottle that says “Japan Women’s Wine Awards 2023 Gold.” I agree.
今日は四国に行く前に沢山の料理の仕込みを行いました。そのうちの一品がヤーコンのキンピラです。
Today I prepared a lot of dishes before going to Shikoku. One of them is yacon kinpira.
これはごま油で鷹の爪を炒ったあとに醤油と味醂で味付けしたのですが、シャキシャキした食感でとても美味しいです。
This is made by roasting chili peppers in sesame oil and then seasoning them with soy sauce and mirin, and it has a crunchy texture and is very delicious.
この後は手抜き料理が続きます。
After this, the simple dishes will follow.
ツナサラダです。

スーパーで買ったカット野菜だけで作った焼きそばです。シンプルですが美味しいです。
Fried noodles made only with cut vegetables bought at the supermarket. It’s simple but delicious.
フランスパンにキムチとチーズを載せて焼いただけのピザトーストです。
A pizza toast made by simply grilling French bread with kimchi and cheese.
焼いたソーセージです。
It’s a grilled sausage.
明日は、カベルネフランの除梗作業をする予定です。
Tomorrow, I’m planning to destem the Cabernet Franc.
帰宅後は、再就職の準備や、年賀状などやることが満載です。しばらく「今日のワイン」は無いかもです。
After returning home, I have a lot to do, such as preparing for re-employment and New Year’s cards. There may not be a “Wine of today” for a while.
