This wine, which was introduced in Junko Watanabe’s book “Wine that you can talk about by drinking at home,” is the best value for money wine.
今日は、カベルネ・フランの除梗をして、その後除梗機の洗浄、バルーンプレス機の洗浄など黙々とやりながらいろいろと考えました。折角来た岡山では、たくさんの素晴らしい人々と出会って、それぞれいい関係が出来上がりつつあります。それを捨てて、今の会社を辞めるのは損失が多すぎないかと。なので、再就職を考えるのはもっと先、2年後くらいでいいのではと考えなおしました。
Today, I destemmed Cabernet Franc, then washed the destemming machine and balloon press machine, all while thinking about various things. In Okayama, I have met many wonderful people and am starting to form good relationships with them. I thought it would be too much of a loss to abandon that relationship and quit my current company. So, I reconsidered that I might be able to think about re-employment sooner, about two years later.
そう思ったら、ワインで再出発のお祝いです。ワンコたちも尻尾を振って応援してくれているようです。
If I thought so, I would have no choice but to celebrate my fresh start with wine. The dogs also seem to be cheering me on by wagging their tails.
大根の糠漬けです。大根おろしを作って余った部分を使いました。
Radish pickled in rice bran. I made grated radish and used the leftover part.
ヤーコンのキンピラです。しばらくこの料理が続きますが、美味しいです。
This is Kinpira from Yacon. This dish will last for a while, but it’s delicious.
ちゃんぽんです。今週末に、もう一度作ります。
It’s Champon noodles. I’ll make it again this weekend.
明日は、メルローをバルーンプレスに入れて搾汁する予定です。今年収穫したブドウの最後の処理になります。
Tomorrow, I plan to put the Merlot in a balloon press and squeeze the juice. This will be the final processing of the grapes harvested this year.
