ドメーヌ・ド・ラ・ガランス 風2022
Domaine de LA GARANCE Kaze 2022
このワインを飲むのは２度目です。フランスのラングドック地方のワインで、ピノ・ノワールとグルナッシュから造られています。アルコール度数12.5％とやや低めですが、豊かな果実味でとても美味しいワインです。
This is my second time drinking this wine. A wine from the Languedoc region of France, made from Pinot Noir and Grenache. Although the alcohol content is a little low at 12.5%, it is a very delicious wine with rich fruit flavors.
今日も剪定作業の続きです。一日中、剪定鋏を握っていると、時折、握力の低下のせいか鋏を落としてしまいます。昼前に、ワインを発酵させるステンレスタンクのネジ部が損傷したので直してほしいと依頼があって、タップを使ったネジ切作業をしました。
Today we continued our pruning work. As I held the pruning shears all day long, I would occasionally drop them, probably due to poor grip strength. Just before noon, I received a request to repair a damaged thread on a stainless steel tank used to ferment wine, so I used a tap to cut the thread.
作業が終わって犬小屋を見てみると犬がつまらなそうに鎖につながれていました。ワンコたちにストレスが溜まりそうなので、耕作放棄地に連れて行って放し飼いにしてやりました。
When I finished this work, I looked in the kennel and found the dogs tied up on chains looking bored. The dogs seemed to be stressed out, so I took them to an abandoned farmland and let them roam free.
午後は２時間だけ発酵管理という仕事をして、ワンコたちを犬小屋に戻して夕食を与えてから、また畑仕事に戻り５時まで仕事をしました。帰宅後は、ワインが宅配で届く予定だったので、ワインを飲みながら待とうと思います。
In the afternoon, I worked on fermentation management for two hours, then returned the dogs to their kennels and fed them dinner, then went back to work in the field and worked until 5 o’clock. When I got home, the wines I ordered were scheduled to be delivered by home, so I decided to drink it while I waited.
今日も吉野家の漬物です。糠漬けを作るのを忘れていました。
Today is also Yoshinoya pickles. I forgot to make bran pickles.
スーパーで買ったマカロニサラダです。レタスを添えて食べました。
This is macaroni salad that I bought at the supermarket. I ate it with lettuce.
ニラそばです。ごま汁を作ったので、これにラー油とポン酢を入れて食べました。美味しいです。
It’s chive soba. I made sesame soba dipping sauce and ate it with chili oil and ponzu sauce. It’s delicious.
韓国キムチのピザトーストです。

明日は、新たに退職する人の送別会があります。昼の部と夜の部があって、昼は会社が弁当を出すそうです。夜はフレンドリーな送別会になるはずです。ワインとプレゼントを持って行こうと思います。
Tomorrow there will be two farewell parties for the newly retiring employees. There are a daytime session and a nighttime session, and the company provides lunch boxes during the daytime. The evening should be a friendly farewell party. I think I’ll bring some wine and presents.
