新年最初のワインは、スペインのスパークリングワインです。このワインはコロナ騒動時代にホテル日航成田で何度も飲んでいるのですが、とても美味しいワインです。ロゼは柑橘系の果実味があり酸味と泡がどんな料理にもよく合います。価格も1000円と安いので皆さんも是非お試しください。
The first wine of the new year is Spanish sparkling wine. I’ve drunk this wine many times at Hotel Nikko Narita during the coronavirus pandemic, and it’s a very delicious wine. Rosé has a citrus fruit flavor, acidity and bubbles that go well with any dish. The price is also cheap at 1000 yen, so please give it a try.

昨年は一人の方が岡山まで来てくれました。今年はもっと多くの方が来られることを祈ってワイン造りに臨んでいきたいと思います。
