今日は結果母枝の誘引作業を行いました。作業中はこのワイナリーの行く末についての雑談で盛り上がりました。このワンコたちはどうなってしまうのかを考えるとちょっと可哀想な気がします。
Today we worked to attract the mother branch. While we were working, we had a lively chat about the future of this winery. I feel a little sad when I think about what will become of these dogs.
自分は2月末まで働いて、3月は充電期間に充てて、4月から新しい場所で働き始めようかと考えています。
I’m thinking of working here until the end of February, using March to recharge my batteries, and starting work at a new location in April.
今晩の料理も先週末のパーティで使った食材の余りで構成されています。
Tonight’s dish is also made up of leftover ingredients from last weekend’s party.
蕪の糠漬けの生ハム巻きです。先週末のパーティでは蕪を酢醤油で漬け込んだものを生ハムで巻きましたが、蕪の糠漬けでもイケるんじゃないかと考えました。結構美味しいです。
Prosciutto-wrapped turnip pickled in rice bran. At last weekend’s party, I marinated turnips in vinegar and soy sauce and wrapped them in prosciutto, but I thought it might also be good to pickle turnips in rice bran. It’s quite delicious.
冷凍庫を整理していたら豚肉が出てきたので、ガーリック醤油味の炒め物を作りました。これは美味しいです。
When I was cleaning out the freezer, I found some pork, so I made a stir-fry with garlic and soy sauce. This is delicious.
これは焼き竹輪のチーズ焼きです。半端に余った竹輪で作りました。これも美味しいです。
This is grilled chikuwa with cheese. I made it with leftover chikuwa. This is also delicious.
今は食べることが幸せです。
Eating makes me happy now.
