O RESERVA CABERNET SAUVIGNON 2022
チリのオーガニックワインです。エチケットの上にイオントップバリュと書いてあります。1000円ぐらいの安いワインです。安いにもかかわらずそれなりに美味しいので日常的に飲むには良いワインといえるでしょう。
Organic wine from Chile. Aeon Top Valu is written above the etiquette. It’s a cheap wine that costs around 1000 yen. Although it is cheap, it is quite delicious, so it is a good wine to drink on a daily basis.
今日は、朝から、引越しの為の荷造りで明け暮れました。主に、書籍と服を箱詰めしたのですが、全部で15箱仕上げました。あとは、台所用品と雑貨類です。明日ももうちょっと頑張って箱詰めしようと思います。
Today, I spent the whole morning packing for the move. I mainly packed books and clothes into boxes, but I finished 15 boxes in total. The rest is kitchen utensils and miscellaneous goods. I’m going to try a little harder tomorrow and pack it up.
作れる料理も限られてきました。

キュウリの糠漬けです。糠床は３月12日には処分します。

市販のカルボナーラソースにソーセージとエリンギとアスパラを入れました。大量のガーリックチップを載せています。ニンニクはブドウ作りの師匠から昨年大量に頂いたのがまだ残っていまして、こうやってせっせと食べてます。パスタはこれでおしまいです。
I added sausage, king oyster mushrooms, and asparagus to store-bought carbonara sauce. Topped with lots of garlic chips. I still have a lot of garlic left over from my grape-growing master who gave me a lot last year, and I’ve been busy eating it like this. That’s all for the pasta.
キムチのピザトーストです。キムチが無くなったので明日買ってこようと思います。
Kimchi pizza toast. I’m out of kimchi so I’ll buy some tomorrow.
今日は一日中雨でしたが、明日は雨は上がるようです。少し運動もしたいです。
