美味しいテーブルワインを求めて、今日は車で約1時間の総社市に行ってきました。総社市に美味しいワインが売っているかどうか知りませんが、ここまで来ないと規模がそこそこ大きなデパートやスーパーがありません。といっても、総社市もそれほど大きな町ではないので、岡山市まで行かないと豊富な商品はありませんでした。そんな中でも、今日の掘り出し物はこのイタリア・キャンティのオーガニックワインです。値段が1180円ですから、テーブルワインとしてはOKとしましょう！香りもしっかりあって、果実味と酸味、渋みもしっかりあります。
In search of delicious table wine, today I went to Soja City, which is about an hour’s drive away. I don’t know if they sell good wine in Soja City, but unless I come this far, there are no reasonably large department stores or supermarkets. However, since Soja City is not a very large city, I had to go to Okayama City to find a wide variety of products. However, today’s bargain is this organic wine from Chianti, Italy. The price is 1,180 yen, so let’s say it’s OK as a table wine! It has a strong aroma, with fruit, acidity, and astringency.
今日は、ブドウ作りの師匠から頂いたニンニクを使い切ります。細かい欠片が一杯残ってしまいましたが、丁寧に処理します。これでガーリックチップを作ります。

これをナスと豚肉のガーリック醤油炒めなる料理にたっぷりかけます。これはこの赤ワインとの相性がばっちりです。
I added these generously over stir-fried eggplant and pork with garlic and soy sauce. This goes perfectly with this red wine.

王将の餃子が焼けました。これでパーティーパックは食べきりました。今回はしっかり50個入っていました。一度くらい51個とか52個ぐらい入っていても良かったと思いますが、それは一度もありませんでした。
The Osho’s gyoza was ready. The party pack is now finished. This time there were 50 pieces in total. I think it would have been nice to have 51 or 52 pieces in at least once, but that never happened.
運動不足のせいか、体重が高めに推移したままです。明日から午前と午後それぞれ1時間ずつ運動する予定です。
My weight remains high, probably due to lack of exercise. Starting tomorrow, I plan to exercise for one hour each in the morning and afternoon.
