イタリアのワインでバルベーラ100％と書いてあります。
It says 100% Barbera, an Italian wine.
味は果実味にあふれていて，やや酸味もありとても美味しいです。
The taste is full of fruit, slightly sour and very delicious.
今日は白瓜の漬物です。
Today’s pickles is oriental pickling melon.
肉団子には柚子七味をたっぷりかけました。
I put plenty of yuzu shichimi on the meatballs.
ベーコンエピは同じく4月に頒布されたオマケのチーズを使って焼いてみようと思います。
I think I’ll try baking the bacon epi with the extra cheese that was also distributed in April.
ちょっともったいない気もしますが，たまにはいいでしょう。
I feel like it’s a bit of a waste, but it’s okay once in a while.
