今日は一日中，農薬散布でした。
All day today, I was spraying pesticides.
農民になる前は，農薬散布なんて，1年に数回レベルだろうと思っていたのですが，毎週散布しています。Before I became a farmer, I thought that pesticide spraying would only be done a few times a year, but now I spray it every week.
散布した翌日には出荷可能という農薬も多数あるので，いくら安全性が保障されているとはいえ，あまり気分がいいものではありません。There are many pesticides that can be shipped the day after they have been sprayed, so even though their safety is guaranteed, it is not very pleasant for me.
今日は雨が降っていたので，レインコートに防毒マスク，保護ゴーグルと重装備です。万歩計も2万5千歩を示してました。３万歩を超えることも多々あります。
It was raining today, so I wore a raincoat, a gas mask, protective goggles, so it was heavy equipment for me. The pedometer showed 25,000 steps. It often exceeds 30,000 steps.
こんな仕事の後は，水分補給が重要でしょう！

先日と同じイーグルホークのワインです。安いワインですが，シラーズ特有のダークチェリーのアロマがとてもいいです。
This is the same Eagle Hawk wine as the other day. It’s a cheap wine, but it has a very nice dark cherry aroma typical of Shiraz.
料理はテキトーです。
Dishes are corner-cutting cooking.
朝食のハリハリ漬けをかすめ取りしました。
I grabbed the Harihari pickles for breakfast.
キムチはピザトースト用のものをかすめ取りです。
Kimchi is the one for pizza toast.
餃子のピザトーストが唯一の救いでした。
The gyoza pizza toast was the only saving grace.
