今日はとにかく暑かったです。農薬散布後，雑用をこなしてから，ビニールハウス内の整理をしました。このビニールハウスの中はサウナのような状態で，熱中症になりそうです。水分補給をしながら，途中でソフトクリームの差し入れをいただきながら，何とか作業を終了させました。ビニールハウス内の滞在時間は３時間でした。体内が水を要求しています。
It was hot today anyway. After spraying pesticides, I did some chores and then cleaned up the inside of the vinyl house. The inside of this vinyl house is like a sauna, and I feel like I might get a heat stroke. While rehydrating and receiving soft serve ice cream on the way, I managed to finish the work. The length of stay in the vinyl house was 3 hours. My body needs water.
