娘から頂いたイタリアのお土産です。
This is a souvenir from Italy given to me by my daughter.
DIAM10のコルクを使っているので早飲みワインですね。
It uses a DIAM10 cork, so it’s a wine to drink quickly.
10年くらいは熟成できるのでしょうが、さっさと飲むことにします。
It can probably be aged for around 10 years, but I’ll drink it quickly.
このワインは少し淡い紫色でフレッシュな印象があります。
This wine is a slightly pale purple color and gives off a fresh impression.
香りも味わいもフレッシュなフルーツ感があって美味しいです。
It has a fresh fruity aroma and taste that is delicious.
食事は賞味期限切れのソーセージが冷蔵庫に眠っていたのでこれを食べます。
For dinner, I had some expired sausages in the fridge, so I had those.
最近、マイブームのジャガイモのガレットです。今日はサルサソースを載せてみました。
I’ve been into potato galettes lately. Today I added salsa sauce on top.
来週はいよいよ娘の結婚披露宴です。
My daughter’s wedding reception is finally next week.
