オレンジワイン好きにとっては、この「Dry Amber Wine」とか「Fermented in Qvevri」とか書いてあると、ついつい手が出てしまうんですけど、全く違う酒屋で同じものを買ってしまうとは、記憶力が低下してきているのかもしれません。
As an orange wine lover, anything labeled “Dry Amber Wine” or “Fermented in Qvevri” is sure to draw my attention. I probably bought the same wine on a different day at a completely different liquor store, but maybe my memory is failing me as I get older.
かなり濃い琥珀色です。香りはアプリコットのような気持ちいい香りです。This wine is a deep amber color. It has a pleasant apricot-like aroma.
滑らかな口あたりですが、酸味と渋みを伴った果実感満載のオレンジ・ワインです。これは美味しい。
This wine has a smooth texture, but is full of fruit with a hint of acidity and astringency. It’s delicious.
料理はグラタンです。サツマイモ、カボチャ、エリンギ、コーン、鶏肉、タマネギを入れて造りました。
Today’s dish is gratin, made with sweet potato, pumpkin, king oyster mushrooms, corn, chicken, and onion.
この料理はワイン合いますが、ワインと料理は別々に楽しむ。これが今、わたしのポリシーです。
This dish pairs well with wine, but I’ll enjoy the wine and the food separately. That’s my policy from 2026 onward.
残念ながら、食後にワイングラスを洗っているときに、手が滑ってワイングラスが割れてしまいました。とても悲しいです。
Unfortunately, while I was washing my wine glass after dinner, my hand slipped and it broke. I’m so sad.
