ブルース・ガットラブ
Bruce Gutlove
1961年ニューヨークで生まれ，カリフォルニア大学デイヴィス校を卒業。1989年（当時28歳）に半年の約束でココ・ファーム・ワイナリーに醸造指導に来ます。半年後も引き続きココ・ファーム・ワイナリーで働き，2009年に独立。
Born in New York in 1961, he graduated from the University of California, Davis. In 1989 (he was 28 years old at the time), he came to Coco Farm Winery to teach winemaking for six months. He continued working at Coco Farm Winery after six months, and in 2009 he became independent and ran his own winery.
日本人の奥さんと結婚し，日本国籍も取得しています。今年，63歳ですから，日本に35年いるんですね。
He married a Japanese wife and obtained Japanese citizenship. He is 63 this year, so he has been in Japan for 35 years.
日本を代表する醸造家です。
He is one of Japan’s leading winemakers.
現在もココ・ファーム・ワイナリー理事を務めておりますので，彼の醸造技術は綿々と受け継がれていることと思います。
He is still a director of Coco Farm Winery, so I think his winemaking techniques are being passed down.
