このブログを立ち上げた理由は、畑から作ってブドウを育てワインを造るってことでした。
The reason I started this blog was to start a field, grow grapes, and make wine.
ようやくその機会が巡ってきました。
The opportunity has finally come.
いま、荒地にメルローを移植するため、畑を作っています。もともと植わっていた木の切り株を引っこ抜いて整地するところから始めています。
I’m currently preparing a field to transplant Merlot to wasteland. I’m starting by pulling out the stumps of the original trees and leveling the ground.
油圧ショベルを使って土を掘り起こして木の根を引っこ抜くのですが、油圧ショベルの操作に慣れていないので大変です。
I’m using a hydraulic excavator to dig up the soil and pull out the tree roots, but it’s hard work because I’m not used to operating a hydraulic excavator.
しばらくワインの管理をしながら畑作業で開墾作業をする予定です。
I plan to continue managing the wine for a while while working on cultivating the field.
