新しい仕事を始めてから,初めての休日に,仕込んでおいた料理を完食してしまいました。
On my first day off since starting my new job in Okayama, I ate all the food I had prepared.
せっかくの休みなのに,午前中に買い出しに行って,午後は料理の仕込み。大忙しでした。
Even though it was my day off, I went shopping in the morning and prepared the food in the afternoon. I was very busy all day.
今週の朝食は,小松菜のおひたし,北海道産黒豆煮,切干しダイコンと干し杏子のごま酢和え,銀鮭の南蛮漬け,胡瓜のヌカみそ漬け,大根の葉と揚げの味噌汁,納豆withネギと大根おろし,ごはんと海苔です。
This week’s breakfast is boild komatsuna with Japanese mushroom, simmered Hokkaido black beans, dried daikon radish and dried apricots dressed with sesame vinegar, fried silver salmon marinated in spicy vinegar sauce, cucumber rice bran pickles, radish leaves and deep fried bean curb miso soup, natto with Japanese leek and grated daikon radish, rice and dried seaweed.
食後はビオヨーグルトと豆乳入りコーヒーです。
After dinner, I ate bio yogurt and drank coffee with soy milk.
岡山で働き始めてから今日で丁度1週間が経ちました。
One week has passed since I started working in Okayama.
