Sはシラーのエスだそうです。SO2無添加の自然派ワインです。シラー特有の濃い赤色のワインです。まろやかな酸味がありとても美味しいワインです。
The S is for Syrah. Natural wine without SO2 additives. A dark red wine, typical of Syrah. It is a very delicious wine with a mild acidity.
今日はブドウ園に行ったのですが，ものすごく暑くてとても仕事をする気にはなれませんでした。皆さんに送別会のお礼をして，お土産を手渡してから早々に帰宅しました。引越し前のいろいろな手続きを行って，気が付けば昼過ぎです。昼食を食べた後，岡山市内に散歩に行きました。今日は各地で猛暑日でしたが，岡山市もとても暑かったです。涼しいところでビールでも飲みながらのんびりしたかったのですが，そんな場所は見つからず買物をした後に帰宅しました。
I went to the vineyard today and it was so hot that I didn’t feel like working. I thanked everyone for the farewell party, handed them souvenirs, and went home early. Before I knew it, it was already past noon, after all the procedures involved in moving. After having lunch, I went for a walk in Okayama city. It was an extremely hot day at various places in Japan today, and Okayama City was also very hot. I wanted to relax with a beer in a cool place, but I couldn’t find such a place, so I went home after shopping.
5時過ぎころからワインを飲むことにしました。
I decided to drink wine around 5:00.
胡瓜の糠漬けです。糠床もかなり減ってきたのでそろそろ補充しないと味が安定しないかもです。
Cucumber pickled in rice bran. The rice bran bed has decreased considerably, so if it is not replenished soon, the taste may not be stable.
生姜焼きを作りました。やっぱり手作りは美味しいです。
I made baked ginger pork. Handmade is delicious.

気が付いたら午後10時を過ぎていました。飲み始めてから5時間です。多分途中で眠ってしまいました。
Before I knew it, it was past 10pm. It’s been 5 hours since I started drinking it. I probably fell asleep on the way.
明日は朝から不動産屋に行って新しいアパートの契約と，部屋の採寸です。
Tomorrow morning, I will go to a real estate agent to sign a contract for a new apartment and measure the room.
部屋数が増えるので家具の買い物が必要になりそうです。
The number of rooms will increase, so it seems that furniture shopping will be necessary.
