ボトルの裏にはDOCGのステッカーが貼られていますが、黒鶏のシールが貼られていないので少し怪しいです。

今日は、シャルドネの収穫をしてからバルーンプレスの修理をしました。町の何でも屋が修理に来ましたが段取りが悪くて知識も乏しく見ていてムカつきます。夜９時まで作業が終わりませんでした。明日は、ワイナリーで滓引き作業だそうです。赤切れで手が痛いのですが、ヒビケアつけて頑張ります。
Today I harvested Chardonnay and then repaired the balloon press. A local jack-of-all-trades came to fix it, but he was poorly organized and lacked knowledge, which made me angry. The work wasn’t finished until 9pm. It seems that I will be working on slag pulling at the winery tomorrow. My job at the winery involves a lot of washing, and my hands are really chafed from working around winery so much, but I try to do my best by using a hand cream called Hibicare.
