Today, a total of four bottles of natural wine Beaujolais Nouveau arrived at my apartment. Let’s drink right away!
今日のワインは、自然派ワインの祖、故マルセル・ラピエールの遺志を受け継ぐラピエールファミリーによって造られるヌーヴォーは自然派ワインの代表的存在。殺虫剤・除草剤・化学肥料を一切使わず、天然酵母で発酵させたこのワインは、高品質かつピュアな味わいです。
Today’s wine is Nouveau, which is made by the Lapierre family who inherited the wishes of the late Marcel Lapierre, the founder of natural wine, and is a representative of natural wine. Fermented with natural yeast without using any pesticides, herbicides or chemical fertilizers, this wine has a high quality and pure taste.
今日も1日中シャルドネの収穫作業で終わりました。まだ、赤ワイン用の黒ブドウは収穫していませんが、結構傷んできています。
Today we ended up working all day harvesting Chardonnay. We haven’t harvested the black grapes for red wine yet, but they are quite damaged.
ワンコも「お前たちは何をやっているんだい？」と呆れた顔で見ているような気がします。
I feel like this dog is also looking at me with a shocked expression on her face, asking, “What are you guys doing?”

ナスの糠漬けです。ナスの果肉に沁み込んだ旨味が口の中に広がります。
It is pickled eggplant in rice bran. The flavor of the eggplant pulp spreads in my mouth.
ニラそばを食べます。これを食べているときはワインを飲んでいません。ニラそばに全集中です。
I eat chive soba noodles. I’m not drinking wine when I’m eating this. My consciousness is completely focused on the chive soba noodles.

明日は、収穫したシャルドネのプレスですが、シャルドネの収穫はまだまだ続きます。
