フランス・ラングドック地方のシラーを100％使ったワインです。カシスやダークチェリーを煮詰めた様な濃厚な香りと酸とタンニンが溶け込んだまとまりのよいワインです。
This wine is made from 100% Syrah from the Languedoc region of France. A well-rounded wine with a rich aroma of boiled down cassis and dark cherries, as well as acidity and tannins.
今日もブドウの木の剪定作業とワインの発酵管理で一日が終わりました。明日は、発酵中のマスカットベーリーAをプレス機に入れて搾汁作業がありますが、片づけをやらされるのではと思っています。
I ended the day again by pruning the vines and managing the fermentation of the wine. Tomorrow, we have to put the fermenting Muscat Bailey A in a press and squeeze the juice, but I think I’ll just have to clean up the press machine after pruning and managing the wine fermentation.

今日は胡瓜の糠漬けに和辛しを添えて食べます。糠漬けと和辛しの相性はいいので、とても美味しいです。

ニラそばです。これを食べているときはワインを飲まないので、これを食べるのはこのタイミングでなくてもいいのではと思いつつあります。

韓国キムチのピザトーストです。これで韓国キムチは完食しました。

明日から、何を食べるか考えないといけませんが、とりあえず冷凍たこ焼きを揚げてみようと思います。

明日は休前日ですが、忙しくなりそうです。休日は買い物や床屋に行く予定ですが、その前に買い物リストを作る必要があります。買物の行先は岡山高島屋、天満屋、イオンモールです。
