有機認証機関ユーロリーフの認証を取得しているスペインのオーガニックワインです。980円で売っていたので買いました。このワインを何度か飲んでいるんですが、まあ、この値段なら文句ない仕上がりです。カベルネにしてはもう少しボディがあってもいい感じですが、軽くてスイスイ飲めます。
This is an organic wine from Spain that has been certified by the organic certification body Euroleaf. I bought it because it was on sale for 980 yen. I’ve had this wine several times, and at this price, I can’t complain. For a Cabernet, it could have had a little more body, but it’s light and easy to drink.
明日は待ちに待った「イタリア料理とワインを楽しむ会」を開催します。ワイナリーを退職した私はお礼のワインとして、この4本を持ち込むことにしました。
Tomorrow I will be holding a long-awaited “Italian food and wine party”. Having retired from the winery, I decided to bring these four bottles with me as a thank you wine.
シャンパーニュ、白ワイン、オレンジワイン、赤ワインです。全て自然派ワインといわれているものです。これから飲むヒメネスはTable Wineに分類されますが、これら4本はかなりレベルの高いQuality Wineに相当するんじゃないかと・・・。料理もワインも楽しみです！Champagne, white wine, orange wine, and red wine. All are said to be natural wines. Jimenez, which I am about to drink, is classified as a table wine, but I think these four bottles are equivalent to quite high quality wines… I’m looking forward to the food and wine!

今日も、ニラのたっぷり入った麻婆豆腐丼です。

ナスの糠漬けです。今日はキムチのピザトーストが焼きあがるまで、これで時間つぶしです。

キムチのピザトースト作ってたんですが、カメムシが3匹ほど出現して対応中です。
I was making kimchi pizza toast, but about 3 stink bugs appeared and I’m currently dealing with them.
無事に処分しました。
I disposed of them safely.
明日が待ち遠しいですが、これが終わるとワイナリーの仲間ともお別れです。
I can’t wait for tomorrow, but once it’s over, I’ll be saying goodbye to my friends at the winery.
