Charivari Le Fruit Enchanté 2022
これはナチュラルワインなんですが、AOCボルドーのヴァラエタルワインで、ソーヴィニヨン・ブラン100％で造られています。
This is a natural wine, but it is a varietal wine of AOC Bordeaux, and is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc.
フィンランド出身の女性醸造家が造られたそうです。ラベルが女性らしく可愛く作られています。
It was made by a female winemaker from Finland. The label is cute and looks like it was made by a woman.
裏のラベルには、手で収穫して樽で自然熟成させて、清澄もフィルターもかけていないというので、これこそナチュラルワインって感じですね。
The label on the back says that the grapes are hand-picked and naturally aged in barrels, and are neither clarified nor filtered, so this really feels like a natural wine.
ヴィーガン対応のマークも入っています。

瓶の底には酒石酸の結晶が見事に溜まっています。最高です。
There is a beautiful accumulation of tartaric acid crystals at the bottom of the bottle. It’s amazing.
蠟付けされたキャップシールを剥がして、苦戦しながら抜栓しました。
I peeled off the waxed cap seal and, with some difficulty, opened the bottle.
かなりフルーティーな香りが漂っています。
It has a very fruity aroma.
清澄していない割には綺麗なレモンイエローです。
It’s a beautiful lemon yellow color, considering it hasn’t fined yet.
トロピカルフルーツ系のアタックです。ジュースを飲んでいるみたいな爽やかさがあります。グレープフルーツのような柑橘系の余韻が続きます。
It has a tropical fruit attack. It has a refreshing taste, like drinking juice. It has a lingering grapefruit-like citrus aftertaste.
これは美味しい！ こういうのを待っていたんですよね。

一応、グラタン作ったんですが、ワインが美味しいので料理は完全に脇役です。

あっという間に飲み干しました。アルコール13％ですが、翌日も快適に目が覚めました。
I drank it down in no time. It has 13% alcohol, but I woke up feeling refreshed the next day.
欧州では20ユーロで売られているので、値段も手ごろです。
