This is a natural wine from France.
裏のラベルを見ると、ブローコルという品種のブドウを使っているようです。フランスの土着品種だそうです。もちろん私はこの品種のワインを飲むのは初めてです。亜硫酸も無添加だそうですが、ルイ・パスツールの母国フランスですから、低温滅菌処理はやっているんじゃないかと思います。
Looking at the label on the back, it seems to be made with grapes of the Braucol variety. It is a variety native to France. Of course, this is the first time I’ve tried this variety of wine. It doesn’t contain any added sulfites, but since France is Louis Pasteur’s home country, I think it must have been sterilized at low temperatures.
しっかりした色が出ています。濃い紫色です。フィルターはかけてない筈ですが、濁った感じはないです。
It has a strong color. It’s a deep purple. It’s not filtered, but it doesn’t feel cloudy.
フルーティーな香りもありますが、結構アルコール臭が強い印象です。
It has a fruity aroma, but it has a strong alcohol smell.
アタックはカシス系の飲み物のようで、スミレのような余韻があります。酸も少しありますが、揮発酸のような酸ではないので美味しいです。
The attack is like a blackcurrant drink, and it has a violet-like aftertaste. It has a little acidity, but it’s not volatile acidity, so it’s delicious.
今日は消費期限が切れそうな卵が沢山あったので、かに玉をつくりました。
I had a lot of eggs that were about to expire today, so I made crabmeat omelet.
今日はもう一品、竹輪のチーズ焼きです。
