SAUMUR CHAMPIGNY 2020 Thierry Germain
フランス・ロワール川沿いソミュール地区にあるワイナリーの赤ワインです。ブドウはカベルネフランです。
This is a red wine from a winery in the Saumur region along the Loire River in France. The grape is Cabernet Franc.
ユーロリーフがついているので有機栽培ですね。ビオディナミなんて言葉も見られますから、ちょっとこだわりを感じます。早速飲みましょう！
It has a Euroleaf label, so it’s organically grown. The word “biodynamic” is also present, suggesting a certain level of dedication. Let’s drink it!
香はすごく華やかでいいです。
The aroma is very fragrant and lovely.
色は濃いルビー色ですね。美味しそうです。
The color is a deep ruby red. It looks delicious.
味は、スーパードライって感じです。あまりフルーツっぽい感じがないのと、酸味もないのでコントラストが曖昧で、タンニン感がややあるものの、あまりワクワクしない味ですね。
The taste is like Super Dry. There’s not much fruitiness, and the lack of acidity makes the contrast ambiguous. While there’s a slight tannin, it’s not a particularly exciting taste.
今日の前菜は手抜き大根サラダです。
Today’s appetizer is a simple radish salad.
メインディッシュは、先週と同じく、生ハムとルッコラのピザにしました。
For the main dish, I made the same as last week: prosciutto and arugula pizza.

花が散ったソメイヨシノにも、何やら実のような物がついています。サクランボのようになるんですかね？
Even the Somei Yoshino cherry trees, whose blossoms have fallen, have something resembling fruit growing on them. I wonder if they’ll turn into cherries?
藤の花が咲き始めました。
The wisteria has started to bloom.
来週は少し軽やかなワインを飲もうと思います。
