フランス・ブルゴーニュの赤ワインです。
A red wine from Burgundy, France.
ヴィンテージが2017年なので、約10年前に収穫したブドウですね。
The vintage is 2017, so the grapes were harvested about 10 years ago.
1926年というのは最初に植樹した年だそうで、今から100年前です。ま、そういう樹齢の木から収穫したブドウも使ってますよってことでしょう。早速飲みましょう！
Apparently 1926 was the year the first trees were planted, 100 years ago. Well, I guess that means they also use grapes harvested from trees of that age. Let’s drink right away!
キャップシールを剥がしたら、コルクに目一杯カビが生えてました。恐らくキャップシールを装着するときにコルクにワインでも付着してたんでしょうね。抜栓する前にカビ掃除です。
When I removed the cap seal, there was a lot of mold growing on the cork. Probably some wine got on the cork when the cap seal was installed. Clean the mold before unplugging.
スミレの花の匂いなのかなあ。あまり、香りにインパクトを感じないです。
I wonder if it smells like violets. I don’t really feel the impact on the scent.
濃い紫色で、かなり曇った感じの色です。ワイン自体は美味しいです。久しぶりのピノ・ノワールを飲むんですが、こんな感じだったかなぁ。まあ、いいか。
It’s a deep purple color with a very cloudy feel to it. The wine itself is delicious. It’s been a while since I’ve had a Pinot Noir, and I wonder if it was like this. Well, okay.
前菜はハムサラダです。先週よりは少し手間をかけました。
The appetizer is ham salad. It took a little more effort than last week.
メインディッシュは全粒粉のピザ生地で作ったキムチのピザです。これだけで十分だったかも。
The main dish is a kimchi pizza made with whole wheat pizza dough. This alone might have been enough.
宇都宮では熊が出没して、騒いでいます。いつもの散歩道にも出没したようなので、要注意です。
A wild bear is appearing in Utsunomiya City and causing a stir in the news. It seems to have appeared on the usual walking path, so I have to be careful.
