This is a lightly sparkling white wine from Domaine Vincent Ricard in France’s Loire Valley.
ブドウは、この地方の代表品種の一つ、ソーヴィニヨン・ブランだそうです。ブドウは有機栽培で作っていて、ワイン醸造は天然の酵母で発酵させているようです。
It is made from Sauvignon Blanc, one of the region’s signature grape varieties. The grapes are organically grown, and the wine appears to be fermented using natural yeasts.

これは、美味しいです。残糖度はほとんど感じないので、食事にはうってつけです。
It’s delicious. There is almost no perceptible residual sugar, making it a perfect match for a meal.
今日は、いよいよ最後のマーボーソース料理です。なんとか消費期限前に食べきりました。来週からもっと軽めの料理にする予定です。
