イタリア・ロンバルディアのアールペペの赤ワインです。先日買ったばかりなんですが、どうしても飲みたかったので、今日飲むことにしました。
This is a red wine from ARPEPE in Lombardy, Italy. I bought it recently, but I just couldn’t wait any longer—I really wanted to drink it, so I decided to open it today.
裏のラベルを見ると、2011年に収穫して2015年にリリースしたと書いてあるんですが、それからさらに11年も経ってます。ワインが「早く飲んで！」と叫んでいるのが聞こえてくるようです。早速飲みましょう！
The back label shows it was harvested in 2011 and released in 2015, but another eleven years have passed since then. It’s almost as if I can hear the wine screaming, “Drink me now!” Let’s dive in.
抜栓した時の香りがとてもいいですね。
The aroma upon opening the bottle is wonderful.
ワインレッドと言いたいんですが、かなり茶色っぽくなってきています。
I’d like to call the color “wine red,” but it has definitely taken on a brownish hue.
美味しい！ 酸味とタンニンがしっかりしていて、食事が進みそうです。
Delicious! It has a solid structure of acidity and tannins—the kind of wine that really makes me want to keep eating.
