香りがいいです。気温が高いので、グラスが結露で曇ってます。
It has a lovely aroma. It’s hot out, so the glass is fogged up with condensation.
黒ブドウをダイレクトプレスして、発酵させている間に色素が沈殿して上澄みをとるからこんな色になるんでしょうね。
I imagine it gets this color because the black grapes are direct-pressed, and the pigments settle out during fermentation, leaving only the clear liquid on top.
チェリーの香りと味がします。酸味とか渋みが無いので、ジュースを飲んでいる感じです。
It has the aroma and flavor of cherries. Since there’s no acidity or astringency, it feels almost like drinking juice.
