2019LE MINIERE DI NOVARE VALPOLICELLA CLASSICO 2019
イタリア／ヴェネトの赤ワインです。ブドウ品種はコルヴィーナ・ヴェロネーゼ70%、コルヴィノーネ20％、ロンディネッラ10％です。
This is a red wine from Veneto, Italy. The grape varieties are 70% Corvina Veronese, 20% Corvinone, and 10% Rondinella.
慣行栽培なんでしょうね。特に、栽培方法については自慢するようなことは書いてありませんでした。こういう時は、とにかく飲んでみるに限ります！
It seems to be conventionally grown. There wasn’t anything particularly boastful written about the cultivation methods. In times like these, the best thing to do is just taste it!
軽やかなフルーツの香りが漂ってきます。
A light, fruity aroma wafts from it.
明るいルビー色で、あまり重口ではない感じです。
It’s a bright ruby color and doesn’t seem too heavy.
甘酸っぱいチェリーの様な感じの味です。タンニンはあまり感じないので飲みやすいですね。
The taste is like sweet and sour cherries. The tannins aren’t very noticeable, making it easy to drink.
前菜はいつも通り手抜きサラダです。
For the appetizer, I made a simple salad as usual.
今週も、ピザは生ハムとルッコラですが、全粒粉を使ってピザ生地を作りました。
