CAYMUS VINYARDS Cabernet Sauvignon 2021
2年ぐらい前に東京に行った時、銀座のデパートで買いました。カリフォルニアワインです。アメリカに駐在していた時にスーパーで買ったこともありますが、1本100ドルだったので、私としては高級ワインの部類です。
I bought this at a department store in Ginza when I went to Tokyo about two years ago. It’s a California wine. I’ve bought it before at a supermarket when I was stationed in the US, but it was $100 a bottle, so for me, it’s a luxury wine.
外は明るいですが、夕方の6時を過ぎてますので、早速飲みます！
It’s still bright outside, but it’s past 6 pm, so I’ll drink it right away!
香はいいですね。だけど、ちょっと甘いなぁ。残糖をかなり感じます。タンニンは柔らかすぎてあまりインパクトがありません。こんなワインだったかなぁ。
The aroma is nice. But it’s a little sweet. I can really taste the residual sugar. The tannins are too soft and don’t have much impact. Was this the wine I remembered?
今日のメインディッシュは、全粒粉のピザです。前菜はありません。
Today’s main dish is whole wheat pizza. There are no appetizers.
ワインはのど越しが良すぎて、ジュースのように飲めてしまいます。
The wine goes down so smoothly, I could drink it like juice.
この日は30℃越えの真夏日でした。真夏日が3日間ほど続くそうです。公園では何故か枝垂桜の花が咲いていました。
It was a scorching hot day, over 30°C. It seems like the scorching heat will continue for about three days. For some reason, weeping cherry blossoms were blooming in the park.
