イタリア・エミリアロマーニャのランブルスコ（赤微発泡ワイン）です。
This is a Lambrusco (a lightly sparkling red wine) from the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy.
５月にここのロゼ発泡ワイン飲んだら美味しかったので、今回は赤の発泡ワインを飲んでみましょう。
I enjoyed their sparkling rosé back in May, so I decided to give their sparkling red a try this time.
ブドウ畑は6ヘクタールぐらいあるそうです。有機栽培とバイオダイナミクスの認証を取っています。値段は3000円ぐらいなので、手頃な部類に入るかと思います。早速飲みましょう！
Apparently, they have about six hectares of vineyards and hold certifications for both organic and biodynamic farming. At around 3,000 yen, it falls into the affordable price range. Let’s dive in!
クソ暑い日が続いてまして、ワインボトルはセラーから冷蔵庫に移し替えてキンキンに冷やしてあります。
We’ve been having some scorching days lately, so I moved the bottle from my wine cellar to the fridge to get it ice-cold.

It’s a novel experience having bubbles in a red wine. It’s delicious—almost like juice.
今日はタコスピザです。タコスの具を全粒粉の生地に乗せてチーズをかけて焼きあげました。仕上げにベビールッコラの載せてます。美味しいです。
Today’s meal is taco pizza: I topped whole-wheat dough with taco fillings and cheese, baked it, and finished it off with some baby arugula. It’s delicious.
来週も暑い日が続くので、発泡ワインを飲む予定です。
Since the hot weather is set to continue next week, I plan on drinking more sparkling wine.
