MAESTRAL ROUGE 2020
フランス・ローヌ地方のDomaine des Maravilhasというところで造られた赤ワインです。
This is a red wine made in Domaine des Maravilhas in the Rhône Valley of France.
瓶の口の周りに滓が付着しているので、多分、清澄も濾過もしてないんでしょうね。OKです！
There’s sediment around the neck of the bottle, so it’s probably unfined and unfiltered. That’s fine!
ブドウはグルナッシュ、シラー、ムールヴェ―ドルのブレンドですね。ユーロリーフとBIODYVINの認証があるようなので、ナチュラル・ワインです。アルコールは14％と高めです。早速飲みましょう！
The grapes are a blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre. It has Euroleaf and BIODYVIN certifications, so it’s a natural wine. The alcohol content is a relatively high 14%. Let’s drink it!
ブドウから造られているのに、ブドウの香りとは思えないフルーツの香りが漂ってきます。
Despite being made from grapes, it has a fruity aroma that doesn’t smell like grapes.
色は濃い紫色で、濁ってます。
The color is a deep purple and cloudy.
柔らかな酸味がかなり余韻として残ります。タンニンの感じはあまり強くないです。アルコールが高めですが、酸味のせいなのか、アルコール度の高さは感じません。ぐいぐいと飲めてしまいます。
A soft acidity lingers quite a bit in the finish. The tannins aren’t very strong. Although the alcohol content is high, perhaps due to the acidity, I don’t really feel the high alcohol content. It’s very easy to drink.
前菜は先週と同じハムサラダです。
The appetizer is the same ham salad as last week.
メインディッシュはシーフードとアスパラのピザです。美味かったです。

おかげで公園はガラガラ。人がいません。カメはのんびりと池で泳いでました。
